I've shrunk the base sizes to 30mm x 30mm for infantry and 40mm x 30mm for the cavalry for my 15mm collection, looks nice. As I'm going to end up doing two armies this shouldn't be a problem. I get the rationale about not removing casualties until you take 50%, but how many stands do you take off? 1 stand or 2?
