Might be worth having a look at the Northstar 1672 range, Ex Copplestone Castings, to see if any of those are suitable. I believe Mark Copplestone designed the Dixon ranges.

Referring back to the cussing, it works much the same here, to the east of London. Or is that just me with my foreign ancestry ?

Quite brutal, unlikely anything that violent would get made in modern Hollywood. Shows the violence of war much more than a 'blockbuster' ever would. Compelling.

Don't forget to call in the Close Air Support when needed, it could be crucial, especially if they haven't deployed the AA.
Elite Mirage are quite effective in 1692.
