Colonel's colour did have red 'sleeve' as can be seen on the surviving items like http://digitaltmuseum.se/011024442073 so the red sleeve was a universal feature for all white (Colonel's) colours and colour (Company) colours.

The new infantry regiments raised in Russia in 1700 did not have pike – at least the available sources show that muskets were issued to all lower ranks. Those few regimental records we have for early 1700s read that some units had pike. Permsky regiment was issued pike in 1700 – for its 1,073 men th...

Hello from a newby! Looking at the re-enactment photos from 'petrobrigada' I've notice there doesn't appear to be any tassels on their flagstaffs...
