Re: LoA 'WATERLOO WEEKENDERS 2015' - Now booking....

This is my first time for a Weekender, but please put me down for a slot if one is still open after the priority people have their pass at it. Thanks so much.

LoA Wargaming Weekenders for 2015 yet?

I'm not sure if I can make it to this year's events but I'd love to attend next year. I'd love to see some R2E and BLB gaming if at all possible. Yes, I'd fly across the pond for some really good gaming!

Re: Sri Lanka Painters

The problem for me is the postal service. This isn't Fernando's fault but at this point my package still has not arrived and it has been 7 weeks. Fortunately I only put in 30 or so figures so if it truly is lost then I'm not out much. But this is something else you have to take into consideration, y...

Re: Silly Question

Yup, that would be us! We had mounted our units at 24 figures each and we wanted to use them that way, so blame us.

Re: Recon and BLB 2

I would love to have an 'over the pond' League of Gentlemen Wargamers chapter. The only problem would be the great distances between all of us.

Re: Royal Horse

To some extent I'm giving up on WSS for now. My gaming group here seems to be very interested in Maurice now. It's not a bad system but I find it too generic and it is really designed for a 1:1 game. We've tried it with 3 players to a side but to be honest it really was 3 separate games. There wasn'...

I put 4 flags in my WSS French battalions. I'm kind of a nut for flags.

Re: WSS French test!(need input)

I think it is fine and if you like it then that is good enough. People can argue all they want but no one can tell with any certainty that your color is wrong. One thing to remember about the WSS period is they had not started to use pipe clay because all of the belts were in a natural leather color...
