Freedom , Paint and Beer. That sounds like heretical dogma to me! Beer, paint and freedom is the only true path! (Your mentiion of rafters collapsing reminded me of when we moved into our present house; my wife was greatly impressed at the industry with which I boarded out the loft and...

Totally agree. It was massively liberating to finally finish the figures required for the SOA Zama game. I can now pick and choose between the (ridiulously high number of) different projects I have ongoing without a deadline to make it a chore.

I love the scruffy unshaven look you have acheived there. Luckily I learned at Salute that it's not long to wait for the new Spanish artillery from Eagle Miniatures.

FWIW Mr. Sims also did a few new French line infantry for Hinchliffe that will match his 'Rank & File' set of French line infantry. These would be the 'NN' codes of French infantry on the Hinchliffe site. Their website is set up such that I can't directly link to the page. The main URL is: http://w...

Hope you are healed up and back in action soon (I AM talking about the painting table  )

Superb work, I wouldn't call them impressionist that does your style a disservice if anything. I have looked at those Eureka figures several times now; is there something about the figures or the cut of the uniforms that makes them all look a bit portly around the middle? :)

Easy Conversion Prospect?

These plastic cavalry should be easy enough to convert for Late 17th C. I'd have thought? Slightly longer coat and a floppy hat, anythiong else that would have to change?
