I'll have a look and see what I can find but a lot of these liveries are not known. The Royal livery seem to be used by regiments that were connected to a region rather than named after their colonel. Then of course there are the royal regiments who used it too.

I believe the battalion guns were served by men from the infantry regiment they were part of with assistance from a professional gunner.

I thought there were galloper guns doing this period but don't know for sure,

It will be interesting to see if anyone comes up with specific information but I suspect we don't really know which uniform they were wearing and the choice will be yours. The old uniforms are very colourful though!

The idea of including two grenadiers is a good one too but then won't it mean you would have to offer lots of different command sets to match the pose of the ordinary infantryman?

Most French grenadiers didn't have lace on the coat. Unfortunately most figure manufacturers based their grenadier on one from a regiment that had lace on the coat,
