Re: Some new Ebor WSS greens by Paul Hicks

Nice, I'm very curious to see a pic of them with a warfare Cannon and some comparison pic's of the horse & foot to see if I can blend them together or if I have to keep them in distinct units.

Re: WSS figure line?

Don't write us off on tricornes. The new cavalry variants will come with tricornes as well s other headgear. Infantry will probably be only a matter of time. That is fantastic to hear, I'm a big fan of the Figure lines the give mulitply variants of marching, fireing etc... the simple step of slight...

I know this year is booked solid :( , is there a timeline to bring the the line up to the WSS. I have been out of the period for some years but the release of the uniforms and flags of the dutch army cd book is burning a big - in my wallet to get back into the period. I think your figures are the be...

Yes there is a bit of panic as they circle the wagons in defence of the 4". I hate to see if i brought up any other veiws that are differant from the forum regulars. A valid reson why i mostly read forums and never register and post. The regulars get very protective of change, but i enjoy the rules ...

Well i think i should go a little deeper into the subject since the poll show support but i seem to be the only vocal champion of the game picking up a little speed of play(I do think they are nice and fast). I read the original post of the game and the 6" rate was slammed by the group not liking it...

BTW the answer to the matter (BLB 2nd edition play test question -elsewhere on this forum) of line movement distances, column to line formation changes in proximity to hostiles and the reforming/dressing of the lines are all answered within it's pages. UK 8) I hope then that those that have this bo...

well as of now when i post it is 8,2 &6 a 50/50 split for a change in movement. I wonder if table size playes into this, i play on a 9 x 5, do others that voted for an increase play on larger tables and the 4 inch crew play on smaller tables? Barry posted in the other thread about how they played 30...

I'm a big fan of random dice for rough terrain

Ex. I march my brigade in line over a stream and marshy ground Blenhiem style, do i have my officiers hold the brigade line to the slowest Bn, or push through and steady the line on the far side.

with fixed rates it takes all the drama out of it.
