There are a few clubs which could be considered local if you have transport ,there is a club that meets in newarthill on a tuesday there are also anothertwoo in glasgow which also meet on a tuesday and then there is my own club which meets every second sunday -gdws.

i like the reiiver figues althogh as said there cavalry are on the large size but as they are cheaper than front rank and foundry they do the job.

Unfortunately i have played warhammer ecw but it always seemed to become a fire fight at ridiculous ranges, and characters which were ridiculous. I''ve played them all and for me victory without quarter is the stand out set.The event table is hilarious ,and i can honestly say that we have never had a bad game with them.

after playing a lot of different card driven games recently I'm more than convinced that for a good fun game it is definitly the way to go, especially when there is also the chances of random events.Win or lose i am wanting to come away after a game without feeling that the rules were too complicate...
