Re: Happy Birthday Bill!

Thanks Chaps and apologies for the tardy reply, have been off skiing in Gunters area of the world since the 2nd. Well almost Gunters part of the world, we did fly in and out of Innsbruck but ended up in the Southern Tyrol (Selva Val Gardena). I may well be wrong but it looked there were still a few ...

Only one that springs to mind us Bolt Action available from Warlord. They seem to have a wide and varied range.

Re: PM's not being sent

So might just be me midunderstanding then? Nothing unusual there then :D

My usual experience with email is for it to sit in the outbox until it gets sent when it would then move to the sent items folder.

No worries then, I'll see what happens and update if it changes.

PM's not being sent

It seems I am unable to send PM, they just sit in the outbox not actually going anywhere. Any way to fix this? Seems to have been happening since before Christmas.

Thanks

Re: SAGA Byzntine Warband (7 Points)

The look good.

Have you given the Byzantines a run out using Saga yet? Played against them once using my Scots, the Byzantines seem a rather difficult board to get the best out of.

Be interested to hear your experiences with them.

Cheers

The 61st has a yellow coated drummer, its GW iyanden dark sun. The drummer for the 5th has a white coat which has been dipped using the army painter soft tone. Its a light brown dip, rather than the darker brown used on pretty much all the other models. http://thearmypainter.com/ The website has a r...

Re: Raising an Army

Hi Phil, British standard bearers were ensigns, so should be in the usual british line officer uniform, red coat, white breaches/grey trousers, facings in regimetal colours, black bicorne/belgic shako depending on time frame. They should also be wearing white gloves aswell. I've painted a few britis...

Re: Road to Salamanca

Thanks guys. Gunter: They should be just fine for a presidential guard, although ideally I'll need some marines too! Bryce: They are the first Perry plastics I've painted and they only come as a firing line, unlike the Victrix boxed set which is a mix of both. Initially I wasnt very keen on them but...
