Adventures 'oop North

So I've finally, after a loooong time, started painting for my BLB GNW project. Couple of guns done already that I've posted earlier. Next up is the Swedish Livdragonregementet. Just oil washed the horses today so I'll spend the rest of the week working on the riders. http://i103.photobucket.com/alb...

Re: New Franco Prussian Wars. Footsore Miniatures.

At last! A brand new range for the Franco Prussian War, I've been waiting years to see French sculpts that are right up to date and in 28mm scale. They look really nice too, I can't wait to see the range develop. Best of luck with it Bill. Thanks Paul. Its a range I've been itching to do for years ...

Re: Which faction will YOU do?

I'm tempted to do the '45 period. Something about mad highlanders and poncy British officers that appeals :)

Perfect timing

Abandoned by the wife and kids for my birthday (albeit with my approval), and the day looking void of anything interesting to do. I notice the postman out of my window and discovered my copy of Donnybrook has arrived. Oh happy day :)

For yellow metal, would that be painted or brass do you think?
