Austria. Ebor has grendiers for them and you can use the generic infantry.

Can the artillery crews be purchased separately from the guns? I want to have my crews on a single base for the field, but would like to have them based individually for siege works and would like to use the same guns for both.

The current Ebor musketeers would work fine for Russian musketeers. No pikemen though. Ebor says they intend to do figures specifically for the GNW. Let's hope that happens.

What is your best guess for the release of the regular cavalry?

I am not so sure the Huguenots would not utilize the fleur de lis. The so-called " Huguenot Cross" which was, at least least according to the attached source, created in 1688, contains four of them.
