Very nice indeed, I am very fond of Dixon miniatures myself so I am wondering which ranges or the several at or about this period he does. i find his League of Augsburg range fit very well in the same unit with warfare ones for size and build and add a bit more variety of pose though the way warfare...
There are quite a few Swedes on the Lardie forum I have heard they will do Swedish English translations one of them for "Jelly babies" I kid you not...
what I like most is the conversions of the Wargames factory figures which I did not think all that good, & a bit lacking in conversion potential especially the infantry.
However your making a silk purse out of a sows ear old chap.
I rather like the idea and it would suit the Swedish tactic which was to use a proper volley or two by a whole formation at short range before closing in to mellee whilst their enemy was still shaken by impact of the volley. Something not entirety unlike the British voles and bayonet of latter wars....
Having followed the Scoundrel's blog for some time I think its Muskets and Tomahawks of which he is a fan but I am sure Donnybrook would be ideal as would my version of sharp practice for the 1680's - 1700 if I ever get that finished
