As posted in the other Thread referring to the Late Period of the TYW the Saxons had only 3 Regiments that have been hald Cuirassiers, half Arkebusiers. The remaining 16 Regiments were Arkebusiers only.

First Batch of Miniatures have arrived. Glued them on single Bases, for now, 60+ Miniatures with a lot of Head variants and wire Pikes. Rich in detail, Heads not glued on yet.

My thought would be separate regiments, as this is an administrative unit, formed up in mixed units (size?) for battle. Way to many. Only my GNW project has anything that is close to completion. Yeah! I thought so :wink: Not that I should start to talk about the number of timelines I have my fingers in but at least I have, besides of 500+ ACW Rebels, mainly Saxons :D . But only 2 finished Armies, GNW and Napoleonic....
