Hello. I´m spanish and, for me, some points of the rulebook are a bit complex to understand, and not only for the language, but it is a question to read carefully until the illumination arrives. I understand that: 1.- Brigade Orders cost MP and all the units in the Brigade can do an action with this...

Thank you, Dave, I have seen them, and they are interesting (the problem with a lot of figures, I think, is that we are used to the Foundry/Perry canon and we look for this every). Another option for this War, this is good, and I expect to see their range soon; in the meantime, I can paint british s...

Thank you, Dave, I have read the accounts with great interest (I think this is the best way to understand the rules, if you are not in the middle of the game), and I´m expecting the second part, to see what happened. I have put myself, as an objetive, the Pierrepont Farm game, perhaps reducing the f...

More battles!!!

Hello. The more I read the rulebook, the more I like it. The artillery rules are great, and also, by example, that of the "opportunity counterattack". Very good work. Sadly, in my local Club they don´t like to paint and collect big units so it is a job only for me (at the moment, I´m sure). So... Is...

Hello. In our club, Club Comandante from Málaga, we have a growing collection of the First Carlist War, and we have played a lot of "battles" with around three brigades per side. The tactics are napoleonic, sure, perhaps with an amount of skirmishers and "light order", but all the lot is there. The ...

Thank you.
I have a small american army from Foundry, and I like those figures a lot; for me, "basic" is without options in the "pose": only one dragoon, only one soldier marching, etc. But I like them!!!
I´m going to see these ones. Thank you again.

Hello. I´m looking for suitable models for this war. Many years ago a friend and me collected the old Foundry series, too basic perhaps, but great. About british troops, there is no problem, I am collecting Perry Miniatures for this war and for the Waterloo Campaing, but about the americans... I´m n...

Hello! The War of 1812 is one of the reason I have bought RtE; it is a very good "secondary" affair in the Napoleonic Wars, perfect for small scale battles with "exotic" units. About books, I can recommend (because I have read them): René Chartrand, "Uniforms and Equipment of the United States Force...
