Barry, are the Swedish cavalry usable for anybody else's horse in the period, or are they Sweden specific?

i've jsut recived my victric old guard chassuers and grenadiers and they show a n eagle plus flag for both the 1st battalion 1st grenadiers and 1st battalion 2nd grenadiers as well as chasseuers .bit confused .com here. The Old Guard had Eagles and standards. However, they were often not carried in...

Take an ACW battle and rework it for the War of the League of Augsburg, or Napoleonics. There's plenty of interesting ideas you could work with.

Valleyboy, which regiment were you planning on painting? Also, which time period: pre or post 1809?
