300+ figures from 21 Regiments? You seem to like it colourfull, Sir!
So how large is you collection of Russians then? 1000 or more figures?

I do like my Russians! If I was starting again I might go for fewer larger regiments but after many years of painting and collecting my entire painted and completed Russian Napoleonic strength now stands at 14 guns, 316 cavalry including command and 504 infantry.
My cavalry are generally in two squadrons of six figures per regiment, occasionally three or four squadrons with the irregular Cossacks currently standing at 40 figures.
My infantry regiments vary between 24 and 48 figures strong with the Militia and Guard units being larger.
It's not a totally balanced army being light on artillery and guard infantry but it continues to grow as part of my total Napoleonic collection which now stands at over 3,600 figures. Alas I have but a solitary Saxon infantry regiment in their midst.
The vast majority of the collection are Foundry and Front Rank with some Calpe and Perry metal figures filling the gaps.
Barry has a few pictures on his site of my collection and you will find a few others pictures in his Republic to Empires rules.
My own website is being overhauled but I hope to post pictures of the collection early next year.
Thanks for the interest.
