I recently bought a copy of "Marlborough's Other Army" by Nick Dorrell and found that it is part of a new series covering 1618 to 1721 ("Century of the Soldier"). Link below :

Although the first few books in the series tend to focus on the English Civil War, my hope is that it will eventually provide wider coverage (lots to choose from during this era).
