Table size have been 15ft x 6ft
and yes, that was a lot of figures
Even as we tried to play with reserves and Troops "marching to the sound of the guns" we often stretched over the length of the complete table. Only when we used cavalry we got the flanks or wings "free" and could deploy reserve divisions or brigades and on rare occasions Reserve Artillery too.
