What was the Scale for the Miniatures? I would guess 15mm as some of the Minis reminds me of the Stone Mountain range.

Yep all 15mm PeterPig miniatures, the Lincoln train is also PeterPig but more or less everything else is hand built including the artillery gun on the flat train.
