OK, so after two years I've finally given in to having a section of the FORUM specifically set up to discuss painting techniques, display examples, show your latest projects and chat about this vital part of the hobby. Manufacturers please feel free to post up your sculpts, ask questions about what the gamers are after and generally promote your work.. no charge! Painters, please also feel free to post up your work for comment and critique. I can't promise the unreserved adulation characteristic of some other fora but I would hope you'd get constructive and measured comment!

Some shots of my small WW2 collection...
Only the vehicles are new. I've had the infantry for a year or so, but I've never gotten around to taking any photos. I got a pro-lighting set (tripod lights with umbrellas and everything!) for Christmas and I wanted to try it out.

The armored vehicles are from AGNM and I got the kubelwagon from Brigade Games.
I am getting ready to take a pile of Napoleonic photos. R2E is one of the reasons I got the photo studio kit. I took some shots of my ECW collection for WI and had a devil of a time getting professional looking shots. My old set up works great for web photos, but left a lot to be desired for hi-res photography.

Nice ones, who made the infantry, Artizan?
What rules do you use when playing with these?

The infantry models are indeed Artizan.
I like the "A Coffin for Seven Brothers" set and the army lists for that game have been the basis for my current collection. I have an old book called "Operation Warboard" that outlines a very simple, but fun set of rules for small actions that I enjoy as well.
I also have a fairly large 15mm collection and I use the FOW rules for those games...
There are lots more pics of the 15mm models on my website, but so far the LoA forum is the only place I've posted pics of the 28mm models. I have some 28mm US Paras I need to finish (along with a couple hundred other figures for three or four different periods...
