Palatinate Army progress

OK, so after two years I've finally given in to having a section of the FORUM specifically set up to discuss painting techniques, display examples, show your latest projects and chat about this vital part of the hobby. Manufacturers please feel free to post up your sculpts, ask questions about what the gamers are after and generally promote your work.. no charge! Painters, please also feel free to post up your work for comment and critique. I can't promise the unreserved adulation characteristic of some other fora but I would hope you'd get constructive and measured comment!

Every army needs them, not every army wants them...

I know not Palatine but these are the latest I've completed.

Danish Jyske.

I will swap out the flags when I get some new ones. I made up 2 of them just to have something on the pikes.

Thx, Joe

Third reg't of horse for the Palatinate, this time Hahn Dragoons. The bases are dont but I haven't had time to get a picture done. The flag is completely conjectoral, but I needed something. :)

Next picture will be the of the Horse brigade together.

Joe,

as I now have Cavalry myself I am looking around what base sizes everyone else is using. Yours are looking larger than 6cmx6cm. Am I right?

Sure I like the look of tight standing figures on a base especially if they are Heavy Cavalry. But I think it wont hurt if there would be a little space around them for some special groundmaterial.

Thanks for Your time

Günter
