Finished these chaps over the bank holiday weekend.

I should probably mention I had Ray's blog in front of me with a photo of the same regiment as a helpful painting guide!

Nice work.

As a matter of interest, I recently found online a document file of a diary by a Jacobite soldier called John Stevens. He says this regiment had a red coat with "fillamot" lining. Fillamot refers to the French "feuille-mort", meaning "dead leaf" colour.
