I just started looking at the rules and have a question.
I have one double sided chart. Is there suppose to be 2 charts, because I don't see anything about morale. It's in the rules but nothing in the QRS chart I have.

Yes, the rulebook has 2 double sided qrs sheets, and one is dedicated to Morale.

Douglas, I might have an extra one... Remind me at Historicon. Again all four docs are on the blog to keep you until then...

Are there any plans on running a Republic to Empire game at a convention?

Not this year (in the US). Back in 2010, we ran BLB AND R2E games at Hisroticon, but that was quite a logistical trial.

In my defense, I am really, really tired. My last three weeks of work were 60 hours, 74 hours, and 68 hours. Today I lacked 30 minutes from a 16-hour work day and I'm on pace for 70 again.

I think they are trying to kill me...

I still have stuff to do for Historicon! Stupid day job...
