I'm sure I have something on that month around the 25th?
December is not a good month for me too busy helping out wife's business so I won't be able to make it.

Sorry to hear that Dave.

Provisionally we have 9-11 Dec booked. For those wishing to get the preferential rate at the Lundin Links Hotel just quote the booking code WARGAMES
David reliably informs me that is a goer, You could all get your wives to treat you for Christmas! Never mind new slippers.. get to the Lundin Links and blast the shit out of your mates! 8)

Seeing Bill's Peninsular British it is highly possible that we will go for a Peninsular bash in the Winter.. you know, contrasting the Summer and Winter situations between life and the wargames table. It might not be Salamanca but it could be in the vein of....

The French we have covered. The Allies, well I am sure something will be worked out.......

If needed I could bring forward Powers Portuguese brigade from Pakenhams division. It is on my todo list but after the first British brigade from Pakenhams division. It helps break up painting red all the time ;)

Portuguese Brigade: Power (90/2,107)
9th Portuguese Regiment
21st Portuguese Regiment
12th Cacadore Battalion

Its only 110 figures strong for the full brigade using 1:20 so was looking at making each battalion 24 figures.

It would give me 2 brigades of British, 2 brigades of Portuguese and I'm currently working on D'Urbans Portuguese cavalry brigade (479 men, so 2 units of 12). I also have 2 batteries of artillery, 1 6pdr and 1 9pdr battery.

Let me know and I'll get them next on the schedule.

Bill.

Since y'all are planning some fun in the snow, wouldn't Eylau or Austerlitz be suitable?

Or are you tired of green?

Your Russian division could invade . . .

Now, with all this wintery weather, one does need some stealth troops, I mean Austrians, Saxons or Italians :-)

Bob, Gerry, Kieran, Bill P, Bill R, Jim W, Tam, Colin N, David and Barry all confirmed so far so we are definitely a go. Guys, to avoid any potential room mix ups I would recommened you prebook your hotel rooms using the booking code WARGAMES.
Scenario will definitely be Peninsular and I'll start working on it soon.

Cheers
