Hi there,

I was moving from Germany to the UK recently. But I'd like to know if there are any Gamers in London before I bring 1 or 2 Brigaden of my 28'ers over here. Also I'd really need some experience and wouldn't mind to watch a game or 2 beforehand.

Thank you,
- K.

100 hits and no answer, seems like I might try a solo-game then. =)

Mr Weissi,

Bring that brigade. I am sure that you will eventually find someone to play with. If you don't bring it and find someone, you will always regret it.

Welcome to RtE in particular and Britain in general..

Regards,

Jim

K - You could try the South London Warlords or the South East London Wargames Group (SELWG). These are both long established clubs in SE London. There is also the GLC Club that meets near Holborn underground station in Central London. There are probably a host of others.

As a final thought if you went to the South London Warlords' 'Salute' website you might find other clubs listed.

Agree with CoffinDodger - bring the troops anyway

Many thanks for the replies and the good tips.
I'll try and make contact to one of the clubs sometime soon.

Kind regards,
