You may call it sarcasm........I, on the other hand, prefer to refer to it as a humorous observation!!! :-)

Just finished basing another couple of British Regiments for the weekend.
I think that's it all done! Doubtless forgotten something.

We'll be using about about 30+ units which have never graced a table before so there will be lots of virgins in the room.... steady lads, steady....
Maybe we have to grade all new units as Recruits... even Bill's Black Watch

Seems relatively calm out there now. You missed the worst of it Bill. I have lost roof tiles and my house was literally shaking today.

If you lived in a real house made of stone you would find the storm had no effect but I'm sure you would have no worries with garage, the amount of lead, terrain and rules in there would keep it well grounded.
Hope all you guys have a great weekend and the weather report from the other side from Fife is that it nice and calm and sunny.
Cheers

Another excellent weekend, where unfortunately all my new troops did get on there toes!!

A winning draw for the french, where the allied army was in full retreat under the cover of a pair of light infantry units.

Looking forward to Derby now.

Agree with Bill there. Another cracking good weekend

Well fought and very interesting game yet again. Many Thanks for that Barry :D

Says it all for the allies when The Royal Marine Detachment having seen their Spanish Infantry colleagues rout past them decide to join them and head off not once but Twice in the game. So much for the Senior Service

Allan Cuggy never ever gets to complain about throwing one's again with his 90 % hit ratio from 10 dice on my poor Spaniards

And yet again I manage to command a battery defence to the last man, led by the late Father Ignatious and his trusty band of Spanish Priests and Monks ( The only Guards unit on the Allied side!!!!!! )

Thanks to all for the laughs, groans, and good company over the weekend!

Derby , here we come!!!

Cheers

Gerry
