Has been done Paul, not by me though I have seen some stuff somewhere either on the forum or on the web. 6 x 4 would be more than adequate. Either half the movement or convert to mm OR consider each turn as 1 hour and not 20 minutes but keep the same movement rates. If you did that you'd certainly be impressed by the speed of your light cavalry!!!!!!

Hi.
Im new to this Forum but been reading it for some year

I do Napoleonics in 6mm and trying out the Ruleset wich I really like so far

Im testing with measurments of an inch =2 cm/20 mm.
I base my figs in rows of 4 so I can use the same amount of figs as for 28mm scale, a btn footprint is 1/4 of an 28mm btn

my gameboard is atm 4*4 ft and I do the Scenario from WI 281 Battle of shevardino

My small figures are sort of special , used since early 80s .Later I discovered there was real 6mm figures made, wich i now use for cavalry and Art/officers

Ps, the articles in WI from Barry is what i always look forward to read :)

Welcome to the Boards! I am so glad you finally decided to join as well as look!

R2E should work fine for 6mm. Just set your distances to suit your table and also the number of models which equal a Firing Group.

Thanks for the kind words too, much appreciated.
