I've booked my place too so the metropolis of Birmingham will be represented, although I'm actually a displaced Scouser. (from Liverpool to our overseas friends)

Dear Friends,

My flight has been booked, arriving 1:00PM in Birmingham. Now I have to findout how to travel from the Airport to the Derby "Playing Ground".

Any suggestions are welcome.

Cheers

Birmingham International Airport is 20 mins away from my house so I might be able to help out with Gunters transport.

I think we are up to about 13 for this event already not including Umpire/organizer group. With guests from the hobby we will probably be about 20+ all in.
If you are out there, interested and not yet booked I think there or only about 3-5 spots left so grab it if you're thinking of coming!

One day I'll end up in jail
Today I was close to slay my boss as he called to tell me that the weekend in DERBY has to be canceled
I argued at least 20 minutes until he gave in and confirmed the short holiday trip. :D

So I will be at DERBY in March :!: 8)

Right, its now less than 4 weeks to go and updates and teasers have been noticeable by there absence, we need something to sustain ourselves in the interim! Just a morsel, nay a crumb will suffice. :)

Well Bill,

I am NOT going to steal the thunder of Ade and the Togmeister but......

Troops movements from Aberdeen to Grimsby have been reported as has massive terrain building on a rather epic scale.

I know that new troops have been painted (cos I've done some!) as has Bob.

I believe Wargames Illustrated are coming along to photgraph the game on the Friday night with me taking the balance of shots over saturday and sunday which means it will appear in the mag too.

And... I have just had the copy deadline for AVILA so that will also appear in the mag...

enough for now?????

Would'nt you not prefer a bulletproof vest to wear instead of the Dinnerjacket?
