Conflict between the Swedes and their various neighbours between 1670s and 1721. Including topics on Danes, Saxons, Saxon-Polish, Russians and anyone else the boys in blue were mixing it with!

love the figures . just prefere to have the swedes in a more aggressive pose like the grenadier. but that is just a personal opinion and nothing more.

He does but he is still in mid Crisis so might have to wait till he has recovered a bit.

I'm not back in the UK till Tuesday and not back home till Thursday. Won't manage to paint any before Friday. I will have them at TARGE in Kirriemuir on Saturday if anyone wants a look though.

They are rather splendid even the casters commented on them when handing them over!

Looking forward to seeing them Barry, when can I get my grubby paws on some?
Are we just going to use the game you took to Crisis or do you need me to bring anything along?
Give me a call when you get back.

Having seen these figures in the flesh at the Kirrie show at the weekend they look even more impressive and I can't wait to paint some.

They are the test figures that are on the blog, but they've now been cast.

But they do look fantastic, & way too good to just scrap.

Barry has also decided to have the Swedish cavalry cast http://www.leagueofaugsburg.com/gallery/images/2087.jpg

I believe these will be available quite shortly.
