BLB III GNW - Hot off the presses

Post by barr7430 » Sun Nov 27, 2016 8:55 pm

Toggy and I played a very enjoyable BLB GNW game this pm with

10 battalions of Russians supported by dragoons and a battery of battering guns attacking an entrenched veteran force of 6.5 Swedish battalions with no pikes and no cavalry support + 4 guns defending.

22 Turns, 4 hour game decided on the last turn with a Russian do or die attack on the final part of the defence works... no glitches, smooth as silk and very evenly balanced.

All GNW amendments included
More on the blog soon...

One of the most enjoyable games I've played in a long time.

Watch out for the Swedes in an entirely different mode.
