Thanks, Adam!

I applied Woodland Scenics Flex Paste with a scrap of balsa in dollups and then used a toothpick to 'feather' it out for a more natural appearance. Immediately after, I sprinkled Woodland Scenics Soft Flake Snow over the base and dumped the excess - it just sticks to - paste. The effect is subtle, but it gives the paste a fine texture and adds a bit of glitter to the snow (which doesn't seem to show up in the photos... :? ).
