Hello Barr
I'm another ITGM player who lives in Birmingham. Quite a few of my units are based using pre mixed coloured grout from the 99p shop in Erdington. Way back when I even used some mortar on the bases of a French Unit. Talk about steady infantry . They'll never be shifted!
Another lair for ITGM games is at the Earlswood club out near Solihull.

Well okay, take the curry and pints in payment for all those painting tips i gave you!!! :D
If you're around and you are tired of going to KFC or the carry out Pizza Hut, let me know and i'll drag Andy out of his bunker! and we'll go for a curry.
I suppose you'll demand to go for one in Solihull.............posh you are.

You're not a true Brummie until you wear the Claret and Blue, if it's good enough for Tom Hanks......................

I'm a Baggies man myself really!

And that's Brummy, not Yam Yam, remember? See if David does.

The Earlswood club meet on alternate Sundays, i think from late afternoon onwards. Not sure which is their on and off days.
Ask Andy R or Tonyd.

SODS meet every Sunday, late afternoon on. Also on Tuesday evenings. They also do a monthly all day game. This will either be a refight or a made up knock about. Mainly Naps or WW11.

The beauty of SODS is that the premises can be used any time.
If you know when you're around and fancy a game let me know.
The premises are only 10 minutes or so drive from your hotel.

A number of periods can be catered for.

Hi Barry, we have never formally met - I used to game with Bob Lauder and Martin Terroni in Dundee (many moons ago), then with Dale in Kirrie (less moons ago), and now do my gaming with Glasgow and District, having moved through here about 6 years ago.

I have of course, seen the many fine games and figures you have put on over the years.

I will say Hi next time I see you at a show, so you can put face to name (Arrgggh!)

Cheers
Vex me Not, or I will have you dragged awhile....
