do you mean dutchy of warsaw regiment's that were taken into french pay or actualy dutchy of warsaw regiments . as the 4th, 7th and 9th regiments were issued with french shakos when they were send to spian. also the grenadier compny of the13th regiment wore a shako rather than a bear skin through out it's existin's.

You can start here, with an English language summary, first of history & organisation, then of the uniforms: http://napoleonistyka.atspace.com/polish_army.html ; http://napoleonistyka.atspace.com/polish_army_2.htm.

More here, though in French, but the periods should be obvious): http://empire.histofig.com/-Pologne-.html.

Additional details at the following sites, depending on your access to translation tools, such as Google Toolbar:
https://sites.google.com/site/armeepolo ... e-napoleon
http://napoleon.org.pl/plansze.php

If you're wanting the earlier Polish Legion in Italy (1796-1800), here's a link to a free PDF file download, courtesy of Northstar miniatures: http://www.northstarfigures.com/pdfs/Th ... 0Italy.pdf.

Hope these help. Knowing more precisely what you require would help us to help you--the 'period' dates and geographic theatres do matter.
