GNW project

Post by TIMUR57 » Mon Dec 07, 2009 1:09 pm

Hi Friends,

I'd like paint figures for a GNW project with your rules.
I bougt some beautiful Musketeer Swedish figures two years ago but the range is not completed (no cavalry, artillery, ecc.......)
I think to paint Reivercastings figure to mix but I've a doubt: are Reiver figures similar to Musketeer???
I like have very beautiful units on my table and I don't like figures too different.
Have you any suggestions???
Thanks for help and best regards from Italy!!!!

Hi Andrea,

I'm in the same situation as you, looking for both guns and horses to add flavour to my Swedish army.
I'm wargaming the GNW Danish/Swedish battles, so for me a natural choice was Front Ranks figs - they launched a Danish range. They could be mixed with musketeer in size and shape, and make for excellent quality on their own. I used Front Rank for Swedish artilley as well.

Happy hunting!

Hi :D Swedish Friend,
Bill, of Musketeer Miniatures wrote that other figures of this range are ready in January.....I can't wait for!!!!!!!
Are you sure that Front Rank artillery are useful for Swedish artillery????
Do you think is it possible use generic Cavalry for Swedish Horse or Dragon?
I'd like look some pictures of your figures!

Best regards from Italy!
