I have as I am using them to bulk out forces for a large skirmish/ or skirmish sized segment of a larger battle game based on Sharp Practice.

What particularly do you want to know about them? they are not perfect for 9 years war but until I get a significant lottery win I cant run to all metal figures for it.

Thanks Ginger, that's what I was going to use them for bulk of the foot troops with elite/special units in metal. I just wanted to know if the figs were suitable for infantry of the time, pikes, matchlocks etc. I read that the figs could be used as pikemen?

yes they can but the only one pike is provided per sprew & it doubles as a flag pole however there are several sets of arms with open hands which could quite easily take one of the metal pikes form NorthStar or the Perries & you only have 12 figures per box of infantry to do all the command & pike men.

I have done all mine as musketeers & used metal pike men and command one lot from Warfare & the others from Dixon's LoA range I would post pictures but I am still awaiting the repair of my camera :( .

Also you will need to adapt the sword as the hilt is on the wrong way round, but the solution to this posted here I believe is to trim off all but the cross guard & attach it so the missing hilt looks to be hidden by the off hand on the marching figure. This is another reason I did all mine as musketeers as using other poses makes this more difficult to hide & I am not sure the detail is moulded on the reverse of the hilt.
