Nice. Looks like you are back on track.

Would the guns have had any gabions to protect them? Didn't the army just come up before the battle?

That is a question I asked myself too. But because of the weight of such guns I would say 'yes', they would have gabions, as the guns as soon as placed didnt move for the lenght of the battle. The layout of battle plans shows often their fixed positions in front of the Army.

A fine looking Artillery unit is it you have here. I know you told us the numbers time after time but would you please refresh my memory and tell me once again how many guns you will have in term of BlB models please?
