Sedgemoor display game to be shown at Derby World Champions

Post by Eugenio von Savoy » Mon Sep 19, 2011 7:01 pm

Hi all
For those of you who were unable to attend the last show at Newark I am pleased to announce that the 'Like a stone wall' Wargames Group will be taking Sedgemoor to the Worlds on 1st/2nd October 2011.
We have decided to delay our Assault on the Mons Salient 1914 game until the Sheffield Triples next year.
The lighting is much better at Derby and will enable us to take some quality pics to upload on this and our sites, Yes I know it was fought in the dark etc etc etc.
Hope to see some of you there.

Regards

Tim

Dear all,
As promised a few pics of the Sedgemoor game at the Worlds this weekend. Incidently the game picked up our 9th award of 'Best demo game of the show' at the event in the last 16 years.
Well done to Nick and Rich in particular for this fantastic feat.
Enjoy!

Regards,
Tim
