Ray,
My eyes aren't all that good anymore. What color did you use for their facings? Was it black like the stripes on the flag? I was planning on using the stripe colors for facing colors for Huguenots whether it was historically corrrect or not.

Ray,

Nice work. Reminds me very much of Tudor flags (apart from the Huguenot cross!).

You have seen my take on this regiment on my blog, but the file is too big to post here.

For anyone else interested, check it out on www.geez-spot.blogspot.com in my 1690 section. (At least, I think that is the address...)

Ray, these are great.
I don't recognise the command figures- I know you use Essex like me. Where do the standard bearers come fom, please?

Mark :)

The standard bearer on the left is the normal Essex figures from their command packs, the other is a pikeman, both have had a new metal pole drill and fitted.

Thanks Ray.
I suddenly realise that I've always bought the same command pack, I never even noticed Essex had a couple of other packs on offer...
