Clarence,
Very nice looking units, looks like I need to get the ball rolling and finish up my Danish troops.

Thanks for sharing!

In my haste to order this book I ordered one from the Book Depository through Amazon and forgot that I had already preordered it directly from Amazon itself several months ago. Now, I have two copies! If anyone is interested in a brand-new, unread copy at a discount (preferrably someone in the US, due to postage) let me know. This cipy cost me $58.00 US, but I will sell it for substantially less than that.

But I don't have my WARFARE HORSE yet...

Danish horse in Ireland were probably in white/light grey with buff waistcoats. Facings might be white, red, and blue though it is not certain which unit wore which color. They may or may not have worn front piece cuirass.

The flags are finished and will be available in the LoA shop soon...

We launched Kjelds book in Aughrim in July and we found him to be a really nice person and a gentleman. Danish units in Ireland uniform details can be got from Robert Hall as he did up the Danish units in Aughrim 1691 for the event we organised, but he also has a full set from the Boyne; so I would start there.

Where are these available? I've only seen the handful of plates in McNally's books... I would certainly be interested in getting the full sets...

Ordered the booked yesterday, looking forward to reading it.

Now if we can only get John Childs books on the period in ereader format or republished that would be great.

Re Robert Hall's Danish plates, am afraid Tomas' post is a bit misleading as they weren't commercially produced.
