Scottish and Swiss units

Hi everyone, I am currently doing some units for Blenheim and Ramillies and have some questions:
What uniform cut/ style would you use for Scottish and Swiss units in Dutch / allied army and french army?
I have the Robert hall cd’s on the Dutch and French armies so have details about couture etc but what figures would I use? British or French?
I’m using front rank figures.
Similarly what would I use for Hanoverians? British?
