BAM Polish figures

Post by barr7430 » Tue Aug 23, 2005 11:33 pm

I have just finished painting my first batch of Bolt Action Miniatures Polish infantry. I have not enjoyed painting a wargames figure as much in a long time. Very reminiscent of the kinds of figures the Perrys were sculpting about 10 years ago. Nice proportions, sharp detail(perhaps a little too many accentuated folds on the sleeves but a minor point). Clean castings with only the minimal mould line evidence(far different from the shoddy castings currently being delivered from Foundry. I recently took delivery of a large quantity of WW2 Germans on which the mould lines and flash were truly appauling).

I would thoroughly recommend these figures to anyone remotely interested in good WW2 figures.

Well done BAM Team!!! :D

I'll second that! I'm apinting some of their Red Army figures at the moment. Excellent, highly accurate figures that paint up really well! :D
