Barry, you can see a pic of it on Colins site with some 20mm figures beside it for comparison. I also have the Chateau as well as the church and many other buildings plus Colin Jack has a lovely Gas Works produced by Mr Rumford.

Chaps,
DISPOSABLE HEROES is the order of the day.. both DAYS.
If you can get yourselves a copy all the better. A quick read through would be handy but not essential.

We will simplify the tank rules by omitting the 'Acquire Target' step. This means lots of shooting 8) and we definitely have LOTS OF TANKS.

At the latest count we will use between 40 & 50 Russian and a few less German on Day 2.

Colin's Luftwaffe babes, Dave's Sailors, The Fallschirmjager and the Resistance will all get a game!!

Sorry lads - I definitely can't make that week end - once again the "social" calendar has over ruled any gaming pleasures.

Dale asked me to confirm availability for games in 2008 - well as it stands I'm clear for March although any game in mid June is likely to clash with son's birthday so would be struggling for that unless it was early June

And as for thinking of Nov '08!!!!

Hi Dave,

sorry you can't make this one :( .. it was a last minute opportunity because Ligny was postponed till March. Unfortunately Ligny is fully subscribed(was before the postponement anyway) so there are no gaps for that one :( . Keep in touch with the board here or Dale for opportunities to fit into the schedule later in the year.

All the best

Gazza,

thanx a million on this. Will try 2 get them tomorrow as I'm doing player sheets. The card system I've invented is really quite nice. Done to compliment Disposable Heroes(but since on PC copuld be changed for any rule set). I have done 36 event cards per army. 18 for Armour, 18 for Infantry).
Examples in the WARCHEST later, would be interested in your views :D

No Problem Barry, spoke to Bob last night, trying to arrange to come down sometime over the weekend as next week I will be in London. Hopfully with a big cheesy grin, if Scotland win tmw
