Spoiled for "eye candy" 8) 8)
Spoiled for "playtime and scenarios" :D
Easy, quick to understand rule set (even by my standards)
The very, very very best of company :),
And my personal thanks to Peter, Bill, Colin & Dave - for the organisation, planning, and logistics - well done :) :)

Shame about the service in the "Swan", but that was completely beyond our control. Maybe we should board the "Black Pearl" and sink the "Swan" in a watery grave :x Good food, but even the people waiting for carry outs had to wait an indefinite length of time for service

As usual the weekend was great fun but a bit quieter without the Hilton-Howe mayhem and Andy and Steve.
Bill Gilchrist has already posted some pics and a small report on his blog.

I'm going to add the scenarios and orbats for the first 6 games on my blog. The first one should be up today.
Cheers

Dear Gentlemen, Thank you all for an excellent weekend and a special thanks to Dave and Peter for some excellent scenarios and thanks too to Bill and Colin for their umpiring and rule modifications. (Watch out for those quirks Bill, they sneak up on you!). It was huge fun with great company.
Yours aye, Charles

I can only agree with the remarks of the last speaker, an absolutely wonderful weekend.
This was my 1st venture into 'Nam & loved it all. From going on a duck shoot with "chopper command", to capturing a FSB with the NVLA.

Many thanks to the organisers & all who supplied the gear.

Very belated thanks to Colin, Dave and Peter N for an enjoyable weekend with special thanks to Peter McC for saving his special card to play on me  as the very last action of the game

Angus, apologies for forgetting to wind you up about the game where you slept through the heroic exploits of my special forces. It's too late now so I won't bother.

My ruleset arrived a couple of weeks after the game. They are certainly simpler to use than Disposeable Heroes.

Dale, if you have a look at my blog you'll find a number of Bolt Action game reports from ones we have been playing recently and I've still got a report for the game we fought on Thurs to still go on the blog.

For those who are interested Revell have just rerelease their 1/48 scale PCF Swift boat. It retails for around £15

Baker Company have just released some ANZACs

Plenty time for our next NAM game in around 2016 or 2017 !
