Would suggest it'll follow the format of his previous works on Armies of Louis XIV, Austria, Palatinate etc and so HB then PB before anything else.

All,
Don't believe there are any "rights" to the index, I didn't pay for it. I actually e-mailed the boys at WI when I bought the collection, and they sent me the index.
If you would like a copy, just PM me with email.

Greg,
I think I misinterpreted you - my comment about the "rights" was in the event of anyone reproducing the articles not an indexed list of where they can be found.
All, ref Robert's book on the Dutch - Definitely HB and PB can't see any refs to electronic, but that's not to say it would never happen.
Mike.

Mike,
Gottcha! No problem. A touchy enviroment when someone say "rights" and it kinda throw things out of wack.

Has anyone heard anything more on this?

Yes, cav volume will be first, delayed by about three months to incorporate comments from Olaf van Nimwegen, so end of Q1 2013 maybe?

Peter Berry of Baccus6mm will carry it in the UK and Europe. It should be available from him at the same time.

Dan
