Post by Redmist1122 » Sun Apr 14, 2013 6:48 am

Gents,
Looking to buy a 25/28mm Watermill to add to the gaming table, something like this:

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Thank you.

I have that building/mill. Got it on Ebay. The seller has many buildings of that style. Just search 28mm buildings. Unless you are looking for something else that that particular style.

had a quick look at the people I normally use for resin scenery & thought they do wind mills neither does a water mill I can find. I would suggest either getting one made or getting a suitable base building & doing some conversion.

If you get one made I would recommend http://www.rapierminiatures.co.uk/page/Range/HACME.html as he did my derelict Roman villa for me & is a reliable all round chap.

Eventually You find something suitable with these guys :?

As I recall Adrian has used such a watermill in the 'wooden' town in Derby.
Maybe he can point you in the right direction
You can see it on this picture in the background

Another option is to use TSS 'flat pack buildings'. They do lots of resin building bits (walls & roofs and such), including a (smallish) water wheel:

I use their buildings for most of my 'non showpiece' scenery and am quite happy with them.
