1 DAY GAME IN SCOTLAND

Post by toggy » Sun Dec 15, 2013 3:57 pm

Guys,

Following the success of our 100 days R2E 1 day game at Larkhall in September, Barry & myself are planning another Napoleonic encounter.

With this being the middle of winter (dark, depressing & cold), we thought what better than a little Iberian warmth & sunshine, so its a Peninsular extravaganza we offer this time.

The venue will be the same as last time

Shawlands Hotel
Ayr Road
Shawsburn
Larkhall
ML9 2TZ

The date is 19/01/14, starting around 9am & going on till around 7pm.

The price for this is £40.00, including morning tea/coffee & buffet lunch, sorry but we've had to increase price slightly due to the hotel charging more for the room this time.

What a great start to the wargaming year, so just let us know if you want to come along, bookings needed by January 4th please.

Bob

Bung my name down for this too :)

Ok, so I might just finish the 9 light dragoons that have been languishing on my table for over a year now ;)

As we enter normality again, following the excess of the festive period, just a gentle reminder that there are still a couple of places left for our 1 day game on 19/01.

For anybody wishing to come from a little further afield the hotel is offering discounted room rates.

So come & join us for the opening salvo of the LoA year.

That means Tam won't need to re arrange his horseracing, fags, booze and bingo.
He will be really disappointed that he cant attend church though !
