Hi Toby,
If You like to know how to give "life" to those nice Flags I can provide a toturial Barry sent me once. Here it is:
The Hilton method:
1. Cut flag
2. Lay the flag on a clean piece of paper with the printed side facing the table.. you are looking at the plain white back side.
3. Use a solid glue stick(like Prit or something) and gently rub the stick across the entire back of the flag
4. Fold the sides together and match at edges
5. Wrap the flag alternately left then right round a paint brush handle. avoid creasing or sharp folds
6. Once folded it will be springy but moveable.
7. Push flagpole gently up the channel.
8. When in position squeeze the flag around the pole and 'nip' in at top and bottom to close -. Run a little super glue into the top and bottom of the - to seal.
9.When finished, dress the white cut edges with paint to match flag shade.
Voila!
Hope that helps,
Günter
