Hello,
in case any of you have a picture of this model Front Rank assembled with one horse?
In case, you may post it here?

I have some difficulty as to where I should to paste the bar of the cart to the horse, that is, if above, beside or below the two pins that are on the horse.
Many thanks for the help
Greetings

Hi, Belg.

I have glued the cart shafts under the bars on the side of the horse, my reasoning being that this represents some harness fitting hooking to the shafts of the wagon. I then have glued thick thread from the bar on the second horse, back to the ones on the first to represent tandem harnessing.

Cheers, Rohan.

Hi, Rohan,
TWO horses? No, my model (EQ16 - see the previous photo), has only ONE horse, although in the catalog is written - in my opinion wrongly - that it is for two horses. It is well known that the bar (double and with the two bent elements to stay on the sides of a single horse) of the wagon is of the same type as that of the model (the more little), also made for only one horse:
EQ15 - 2 wheeled ammunition wagon – for 1 horse/ox single file

Probably your model is this other, in this photo:
EQ31

I also noticed that by mounting the wheels, the carriage tends to be inclined towards the front, because the front wheels are smaller than the rear, as can be seen in the picture.
To keep him in plan, it must put a base under the front wheels and, probably, also under the horse.
Also the shaft of the cart is wrong, as well as it is placed the height of the hocks of the horse, so the two bars to be bent upward.
Is there anything wrong with this model, or not?

Cheers,

Sergio

I notice that there are two different styles of wheels too.

Finally I am then able to assemble them.
I am finishing to paint them and make the bases.
As soon as possible, I shall post the photos.
