Napoleonic mass battle 15mm

Napoleonic mass battle 15mm

Lots of 15mm miniatures thrown on the tabletop, mainly Prussians v Saxons with a Division of French put in for good measure.

Cracking game as always , plenty of laughs and banter as games should be, sort of gave us all a feel of flank movements on the 12ft table, i guess that is the beauty of 15mm battles.

Very nice, great to see so many figures on a table, looks like it was areally cracking game.

Nice looking game, my only bugbear which I see in many Napoleonic wargames are too many figures crammed together and leaving no room to change formation, withdraw depleted units or support successful ones.

Cheers

Correct on all fronts Dave, 15mm on a 12ft by 6ft table was prefect for moves, could not game this in 28mm on a big scale.

We've done it before in 28mm, we just use bigger tables that either have pop ups in them or the table is split to allow access
.
