We had a test game using Men Who Would be Kings on Thursday, we had WW1 Imperial troops ambushed by Afghan Regulars and Tribesmen. Report and Pictures here.

Great looking game. TMWK is great set of easy to play skirmish rules. At my club, I've hosted a couple of games and its great for catering to any number of players.

What sort of unit rules were given for the armoured car and transports?

Also as its just outside of the typical Victorian era of gaming, were their any amendments made for the units?

Hi Rabblerouser, wemade no amendments really, but will certainly need to if we are to use them again for this era. The Tribal irregluars get a very short range with only small numbers firing but by 1919 most had modern rifles. The trucks were stationery so effectively just for pretty, the armoured car was a four man MG unit in hard cover essentially. We will really need to make changes to use them regularly but as a basic starting poitn very nice.
